POTATO SKINS 
4 lg. potatoes
3 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper

Prick potatoes and bake until tender. Cool, halve lengthwise and scoop out pulp so that shells are 1/4 inch thick. Mix remaining ingredients and brush over skins. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 475 degrees until crisp. Add bacon bits, sour cream, cheese, etc.
