PINEAPPLE-COCONUT PIE 
1 stick butter, softened
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. flaked coconut
2 unbaked pie shells

Beat together butter, sugar and eggs. Add pineapple and coconut. Mix and pour into pie shells.

Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes.
