PINEAPPLE - COCONUT CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. coconut

Prepare cake mix according to directions on box and bake in 9 x 13 inch pan. Remove from oven and punch holes in hot cake with a fork. Spread milk and crushed pineapple on top. Cool. Frost with Cool Whip and coconut. Refrigerate for day or more. The longer kept, the better the taste.
