DOUBLE DELIGHT COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. granulated sugar
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
1 c. water
3/4 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. nuts
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Set aside brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon. Grease bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan. In a large bowl, mix other ingredients. Beat well for 2 minutes. Pour 1/3 batter in pan. Sprinkle with half of sugar mixture. Pour remaining batter and sprinkle remaining sugar mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes.
