Take 2 onions (chopped) and 2 cups celery (chopped); cover with water and cook for 20 minutes in microwave on saute (not high). Take giblets, liver and neck and put in 4 cups of water and cook for 30 minutes in the microwave. Take meat off bone and chop up.
Beat 4 eggs together. Add 3/4 pound melted butter and mix with onions, celery meat and bread crumbs. Add 2 tablespoons sage, sprinkle of parsley flakes and salt and pepper to taste. Stuff front and back of turkey with dressing. Soak a Handiwipe in 1/2 pound of melted butter and lay on top. Cook turkey; last 30 minutes remove handiwipe to brown turkey. Remove dressing before slicing turkey.
