CREOLE PORK CHOPS 
4-6 pork chops
1 tbsp. oil
1/3 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. celery seed
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. sugar

Brown pork chops with salt and pepper in skillet. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Place pork chops in baking dish and pour ingredient combination over the top. Bake, uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Turn pork chops over after first hour of baking.
