CHOCOLATE PIE (TWO) 
1/2 c. flour
1 qt. milk
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 stick butter
4 lg. egg yolks
Pinch salt
2 cooked pie shells

Mix flour, sugar, cocoa and salt together. Add milk and egg yolks, cook over low heat until thick. Add butter while cooking pour into two cooked pie shells.

MERINGUE:

4 stiffly beaten egg whites
8 tbsp. sugar
Pinch of cream of tartar

Combine egg whites, sugar and a pinch of cream of tartar. Place on top of pie filling. Bake at 375 degrees until golden brown.
