“NEARLY-HOMEMADE REJUVENATION SOUP” IS IN:

NEARLY-HOMEMADE REJUVENATION
SOUP
 
1 (15 oz.) can low-sodium beef broth (Swanson)
1 (5 1/2 oz.) can low-sodium tomato juice
1/2 pkg. Miso Cup soup with seaweed

Stir all together in a shaker or bowl. Pour into microwavable serving cups and heat 1-2 minutes and serve.

You may substitute V8 for tomato juice. Season to taste with celery salt or sea salt, if desired.

Miso Cup soup comes in packets. It contains freeze-dried fermented soy beans and seaweed and is available in the health food section.
