TUNA PATTIES 
Tuna, white or light in oil (can use packed in water but doesn't hold together as well)
3 tbsp. celery, chop fine
Onion to taste, chop fine
Little green pepper, chop fine (optional)
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 egg
1/2 c. or a little more Progresso Italian bread crumbs (add enough bread crumbs to hold together)

Mix all ingredients together. Form into patties. Put in refrigerator for at least 3 to 7 hours ahead of time. Fry in Crisco shortening until golden brown. Good the next day cold on sandwiches.
