GRITS CASSEROLE (CORMAN) | |
1/2 c. regular grits 1 tsp. seasoned salt 2 c. water 1/3 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated 1/3 c. butter 1 egg Cook grits in salted water for 3-4 minutes. Combine other ingredients and pour in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour. Can be made ahead. Refrigerate until ready to cook. |
