HOT POTATO AND SAUSAGE SALAD 
1/8 tsp. pepper
5 med. red potatoes
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. Kielbasa, cooked polish sausage
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1/3 c. chicken broth
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt

Slice sausage 1/4 inch slices. Cook potatoes unpeeled in boiling water until tender. Cool peel off skins and cut into 1/2 inch chunks place in deep warm bowl.

In frypan heat oil and cook sausage pieces stirring frequently until browned and spoon out. To skillet fat add onion, green pepper and stir over medium heat 2 minutes. Add sausage to potatoes. Mix garlic, vinegar, broth, salt and pepper to green pepper mixture and bring to boil. Pour this over potatoes and sausage and toss.
