SAUSAGE SKILLET 
1 lb. pork sausage (country style or Italian)
1 med. onion, chopped
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream

In 10" skillet, over medium high heat, cook sausage, breaking it into small pieces, with onion and green pepper, until sausage is browned. Spoon off all fat. Stir in tomatoes with their liquid, macaroni, sugar, salt and pepper. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer, stirring often, about 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream. Makes 4 servings.
