CORN FLAKE CHICKEN 
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 c. finely crushed corn flakes
1/2 to 3/4 c. melted butter
Cayenne pepper seasoning

Cut chicken into strips. Mix butter and pepper to taste. Coat chicken pieces with butter mixture and roll in corn flakes. Place in a shallow baking dish that has a thin layer of water in the bottom. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Bake covered for first 30 minutes then uncover until done for crunchiness.
