KEVIN'S CORN FLAKE CHICKEN 
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1 pkg. dry Italian salad dressing mix
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 c. milk

Combine first 4 ingredients in a shallow dish. Dip each chicken breast in milk; roll in crumb mixture. Place chicken in a lightly greased 12 x 8 inch baking dish; bake at 375 degrees for 18 minutes or until done. Makes 6 servings.
