CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 Pet Ritz deep dish pie crust
1 c. (6 oz.) milk chocolate chips
3 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed
1 (8 oz.) frozen whip topping, thawed

Bake pie crust according to package directions. In medium microwave bowl combine chocolate chips and milk. Microwave on medium (50% power) for 1 1/2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and smooth, stir in vanilla.

Pour chocolate into baked pie crust. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. (I let mine set overnight.) Before serving stir together strawberries and whipped topping in medium bowl. Spread over chocolate layer.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
