PITA BREAD 
3/4 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. Pillsbury hot roll mix
Cornmeal

Boil water and butter until melted, sprinkle with yeast. Stir. Add flour mix and blend. Knead on floured surface, let raise until doubled, 30 to 45 minutes. Sprinkle cornmeal on ungreased cookie sheets. Divide dough into 6 pieces. Roll into 7" circles, place 3 on each cookie sheet. Let raise 30 to 45 minutes. Bake at 425 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes or until light brown. Makes 6.
