SEAFOOD BISQUE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 sm. potato, chopped

Saute together until almost done. Add 2 tablespoons flour, stirring in well. Add 1 or 2 cans chicken broth. Stir in:

1/2 c. chopped oysters (a little more can be used)
1/2 c. cut up shrimp (or a little more)
1 c. crab meat, cut up

Note: Oysters, shrimp and crab, can add a little more to your taste. Dash salt and dash nutmeg. 1 pint half & half. Heat, don't boil. You can add a dash of paprika to each bowl as it is served.
