EGGS FOR BRUNCH 
4 slices bacon
2 cans tomatoes (cut up)
1/2 clove garlic (minced)
2 tbsp. onion (chopped)
4 eggs
salt
pepper

Preheat oven to 325°F. Cut bacon in small pieces and brown until crisp. Drain excess fat. Add tomatoes, onion and garlic to bacon. Heat through. Divide into 4 individual baking dishes. Carefully slip 1 egg on top of each mixture. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Serves 4.
