1 box lemon cake mix
4 oz. Cool Whip
1 egg
10x sugar

Mix cake mix, egg and Cool Whip together. Roll 1 teaspoon dough into ball; roll in 10x sugar.

Bake at 350°F on greased cookie sheet 10 to 15 minutes or until set.

Be sure you only use 4 ounces Cool Whip or dough will be too moist.
