1/2 c. sour cream 1 egg 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped Stir all together and boil until thick enough to spread. This will frost a 2 layer cake. If for 3 layer cake, double recipe. One half cup raisins may be added, if you wish. Makes 1 1/2 cups. |
