HOMEMADE SAUSAGE STUFFING 
1 lb. pork sausage meat
2 med. onions, chopped fine
1 1/2 loaves white bread
3 eggs, chopped
1 c. celery
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Stuffing bread crumbs

In frying pan cook sausage and onions (add salt and pepper to taste).

In large bowl break loaves of bread into small pieces and soak with water, squeeze excess water. Add 3 eggs, celery and the cooked sausage and onion mix (UNDRAINED). Mix well, add Pepperidge Farm stuffing crumbs to desired consistency (about 1/2 package).

Stuff into turkey or cook (bake) in oven at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
