Melt in double boiler, 1 package caramels, 2 sticks butter and 1 can Eagle Brand milk. Take a large marshmallow and dip it into the caramel mixture, then roll in Rice Krispies. Place on waxed paper to dry. Repeat. This makes about 65 or 70 cookies.
