STEAK SCANDIA 
1 1/2 lb. round steak, 1/2" thick
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Franco American beef gravy
1/2 c. sour cream
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
6 med. carrots, cut in 2" pieces
1/2 c. diagonally cut green onions

Pound meat; cut in serving size pieces. Brown in shortening; pour off fat. Add gravy, sour cream, nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon salt and dash pepper. Cover; simmer 30 minutes. Add carrots; cook 50 minutes. Stir. Add onions and cook 10 minutes more.
