FRENCH CREPES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. melted butter

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl; make sure there is no lumps. Use batter on pan like making pancakes. Makes thin crepes. Top or fill with chocolate, cheese, powdered sugar, fresh fruit, jam, etc.
