REFRIGERATOR PICKLES 
Sliced cucumbers
Onions
Green peppers (red too!)
3 c. sugar
2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. turmeric
1/3 c. pickling salt

Layer in jar or container until full. Boil rest of ingredients. When just to a boil, pour over pickles. Refrigerate for a week. Ready to eat!
