FUDGE CAKE 
2 sticks melted butter
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped English walnuts
1 1/2 to 2 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Combine butter, sugar and salt; beat until creamy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Mix cocoa with flour and add to egg mixture; mix thoroughly. Stir in chopped nuts. Pour into well greased and floured 9x13 inch cake pan.

Bake 25 minutes at 350°F. (This will not look done.) Remove from oven and cover hot cake with the marshmallows. Put back in oven momentarily until melted; cool thoroughly. Frost.

Frosting:

3 tbsp. cocoa
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 stick melted butter
4 to 6 tbsp. evaporated milk

Combine until consistency is smooth and light. Spread on cake.
