TURKEY DRUMS AND RICE 
4 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 1/2 - 3 lbs. turkey drumsticks, skinned
2 tbsp. butter
3 c. water
1 1/4 c. raw long grained rice

Combine flour, paprika, sage, pepper and garlic powder. Dredge drumsticks in mixture, shaking off excess.

In large skillet, heat butter over medium heat and brown drums.

Whisk remaining flour mixture into water, pour into skillet. Bring to boil, stir and cover drums. Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour.

Stir rice into liquid, re-cover and cook for 30 minutes longer or until turkey is fork tender. Carve meat from bone and serve with rice.
