TUR-KEY-AKI 
2 lb. ground turkey
2 eggs
1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 tsp. salt (can be omitted)
1/4 c. minced onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (optional)
2 tsp. soy sauce (optional)

Beat eggs slightly. Add to ground turkey. Dice water chestnuts and add to remaining ingredients. Gently mix in the meat. Form into loaf shape and place in 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 1 hour. For easy slicing, let meat loaf stand about 10 minutes before cutting. Serves 8.
