APPLEBUTTER 
12 c. applesauce
10 c. sugar
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix applesauce, sugar and vinegar into a heavy pot. Cook on medium heat until desired thickness is reached, 20-25 minutes. Stir frequently to keep from burning. Stir in spices and cook 5 minutes. Ladle into hot sterilized jars and seal. Process in boiling water bath for 15 minutes.
