CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. Bisquick mix
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Lettuce

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 x 1 1/2 inch pie pan. Cook beef and onion in skillet until meat is brown; drain. Stir in salt and pepper, then spread in pie pan. Beat Bisquick, milk and egg with wire beater until smooth (about 1 minute). Pour onto meat in pie pan and bake for 25 minutes. Top with tomato and cheese. Bake until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean (5 to 8 minutes). Garnish with lettuce.
