GREEK SALAD 
16 oz. can white shoe peg corn, drained
16 oz. LeSuer peas, drained
16 oz. French cut green beans, drained
1 med. jar pimentos, chopped
1 sm. jar olives (chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onions, chopped
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt

Mix together all vegetables. Mix together sugar, vinegar, oil and salt until dissolved, pour over vegetables. Refrigerate. This will keep up to 2 weeks.
