SMOKED TURKEY, WATERCRESS AND
CURRIED APRICOT
 
8 pita pockets
Cheese slices
2 watercress bunches (optional)
8 plum tomatoes, sliced
1 c. walnuts
Curried mayonnaise
1 lb. shaved smoked turkey

Bake pita bread for 5 minutes. Arrange remaining ingredients on a plate so diner can assemble their own sandwiches.

CURRIED APRICOT MAYONNAISE:

1 1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1/4 c. apricots
Curry powder to taste
1 c. chopped walnuts

Whisk together in bowl.
