1 German chocolate cake mix with pudding
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 c. pecans (pieces)
1 stick butter, melted
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Use 10 s 14 inch greased and floured pan. Mix cake by direction on box. Sprinkle coconut and nuts in bottom of pan. Pour cake mix over. Mix melted butter, sugar, cream cheese and vanilla. Spread over cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
