VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 1/2 c. onions, sliced
2 c. celery, 2 inch long pieces
1 1/2 c. carrots, about 1 1/2 inch long
2 c. green beans (fresh or canned, drained)
3/4 c. green pepper
2 tomatoes or 1 (16 oz.) stewed tomatoes
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. tapioca

Stir until well mixed. Place in 2 quart casserole. Bake 2 hours at 350 degrees. Stir through before serving.
