1 sm. box chocolate pudding
1 chocolate cake mix
1 sm. bag chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts

Cook chocolate pudding as package directs. Add chocolate cake mix (dry). Mix well. Put in a greased 13 x 9 inch dish. Add chocolate chips and chopped nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
