LAYERED MEXICAN DIP 
1 package taco seasoning
1 8-ounce carton sour cream
1 16-ounce can refried beans
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup green olives, chopped
1 container avocado dip (optional)
1 medium size chopped tomato
1 small can chopped green chilies
1 package Monterey Jack grated cheese

Mix taco seasoning envelope with the sour cream. On platter, spread refried beans, then the sour cream mixture. Continue making layers with the rest of the ingredients in the order they are listed. Serve with taco chips. Refrigerate leftovers.
