TEXAS PECAN PIE 
1 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, beat slightly
1 c. broken pecans
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 (9 inch) pie crust, unbaked

In a large mixing bowl, combine corn syrup, sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon, vanilla, eggs, pecans and melted butter. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake on the low rack of a preheated 300 degree oven for 1 hour, or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
