CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
2 (16 oz.) cans creamed corn
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all together, place in 3 quart casserole dish; bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
