HOT BEEF DIP 
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp dry white wine
1-8 oz package of cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1- 2 1/2 oz jar dried beef, finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Sauté onion in butter until tender. Add wine; simmer a couple minutes. Add remaining ingredients except pecans. Spoon mixture into a 8 inch square baking dish and sprinkle with pecans.

Bake at 350°F. Serve hot with your favorite crackers.
