RED POTATOES WITH DILL SEED &
YOGURT
 
1 lb. (4 to 5) red potatoes
1/2 c. non-fat yogurt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. dried dill seed
Salt & freshly ground pepper

Cook the potatoes whole in a covered saucepan, in one inch of boiling salted water until done, but not too soft, about 20 minutes. Uncover and boil out the water. Mix the remaining ingredients together and toss with the potatoes before serving. Serves 2.
