RICKI'S EASY HASHBROWN CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) bag hashbrowns (McCain)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 container dairy sour cream
1 large onion, chopped
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
salt and pepper, to taste

Combine all ingredients. Place into a casserole dish, cover with tin foil and bake at 350°F for about 1 hour.
