DEEP DISH PUMPKIN PIE 
1 deep dish pie shell, unbaked
2 eggs, slightly beaten
16 oz. can pumpkin
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
13 oz. can Pet milk

Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Put pie shell on cookie sheet then pour pumpkin mixture in to avoid spilling. Bake at 375 degrees for 70 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Top with Cool Whip if desired.
