SQUASH STUFFED WITH MEAT KOOSA

8 sm. white squash, washed and cored out
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. lamb meat
1 med. onion
2 tbsp. pine nuts
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. allspice
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 can water

Lightly fry squash in butter. Prepare stuffing by frying meat and adding onions, pine nuts, and seasoning. Arrange stuffed squash in baking dish. Pour over tomato sauce and water. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
