CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
1 1/3 c. long grain rice, uncooked
4 chicken breasts, cut into halves to make 8 pieces
Salt and pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
2 cans of water

Place rice in bottom of baking dish. Place chicken on top of rice and salt and pepper. Pour last 3 ingredients over chicken and rice and bake at 350 degrees covered for 1 hour or until chicken is done.
