SNOWBALL DELIGHT 
16 marshmallows
1/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. shredded coconut
Chocolate chips
Cherries

Make icing from sugar and milk. Cover each marshmallow with icing. Roll each marshmallow lightly in the shredded coconut.

Now decorate each by making a snowman face, using chocolate chips for eyes, and a slice of cherry for the mouth.

NOTE: Press the chocolate chips and cherry slices through the coconut so that they stick well into the icing.
