HOME-STYLE BANANA BREAD (SUGAR
FREE)
 
3/4 cup mashed bananas
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1/2 cup water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 cup chopped nuts

Beat together mashed banana, oil, eggs and water until creamy. Add vanilla, flour, baking soda, baking powder and spices. Beat well. Stir in nuts. Spoon batter into oiled and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan. Spread batter evenly.

Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean. Cool completely on wire rack before slicing.

I've witnessed my father get cancer with sweet and low, and if you do some research all sweeteners have bad side effects. I believe Stevia is a better choice. Not the one in grocery stores. There also others. The advice for dates etc is good. Plenty of recipes have that in it where you just adapt the date to recipe. Also no mention banana itself is so sugary. That you must include that sugar in recipe as well. Ty for the recipe and all you who have told us about their ad ins. Everything in moderation.
