CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter (softened)
1 c. finely chopped walnuts

Mix all together until finely crumbled. Press into 9x13 greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

MIDDLE LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 c. sugar
1/2 lg. container Cool Whip

Beat cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in the Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.

TOP LAYER:

1 lg. pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
3 c. cold milk

Mix all ingredients together until smooth and thick. Spread on cream cheese layer. Top with remaining Cool Whip. If desired, grate chocolate over top for garnish. Refrigerate 8 hours before serving.
