CREAMY CARAMEL ICING 
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. milk
2 c. powdered sugar
3/4 tsp. vanilla

Combine brown sugar and butter in small saucepan. Cook over low heat until butter is melted. Add milk. Stir well. Remove from heat. Add powdered sugar and beat until mixture is of spreading consistency. Stir in vanilla.
