DIET CHEESEBALL 
1 1/2 tsp. (1/2 pkg.) Good Seasons low-cal dressing mix
1 lb. cottage cheese, almost 2 c.
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese, 4-5 c.
1 tbsp. milk
Onion flakes

Mix well. Roll into a ball and roll in parsley flakes and chives.
