SCALLOPED CORN 
1 can creamed corn
1 can kernel corn, drained
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
4 tbsp. chopped onions
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut butter in slivers and mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in a greased casserole dish.
